How do I order and pay for my T-shirt?
There are 3 easy ways to pay for your order.  
1. Online - pay by credit card via PayPals secure shopping cart.
2. By phone -  we can process your order over the telephone, please have your credit card details handy.
3. In person - visit our shop at 646 East Coast Rd, Browns Bay, North Shore, Auckland, customers can pay for their purchase by cash, eftpos or credit card.

What is T-Shirt World's pricing policy?
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.

What happens to my private and personal information?
At T-Shirt World we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers.  Personal information provided by you is used only for the purpose of fulfilling your order.  We promise that your personal details will not be used for any other purpose.  We do not now, and will never, ever, sell, lease or otherwise give your details to a third party.  Your credit card details are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.  Once your order is fulfilled, your credit card details will be deleted from our system.  

What is T-Shirt World's delivery policy?
By Post: allow 2-3 days for delivery.
By Courier within North Island: Orders placed by 2pm will be delivered the following day.  
By Courier to the South Island: Orders placed by 2pm will be delivered in 48 hours.
Please note there is an extra cost for Rural and Saturday deliveries.  Courier service operates from Monday to Saturday, we will do our utmost to have your gift couriered within the desired timeframe.  Please allow time for delivery, courier service is not within our control.  You (the customer) are responsible for providing the correct and full delivery address, please ensure delivery details provided are correct.  We assume no liability for mis-delivery if incomplete or incorrect details are provided.  We will do everything we can to help solve any problems and to ensure your order is delivered smoothly.  Should you experience any problems please contact us immediately.  Most couriers provide a track and trace service and we will provide this information should the situation arise.

What is T-Shirt World's returns, refund,  disputes policy?
Due to the nature of products we sell (personalised prints) T-Shirt World will only accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase for the following reasons:
- Goods damaged in transit
- Faulty workmanship with the product 
- Sub standard print*
*Does not apply to customer supplied images and is limited to designs from our image library.  And provided the washing and care instructions have been adhered to.

In the unlikely event your item is damaged please contact us as soon as possible on 09 478 7089 or shop@t-shirtworld.co.nz.   We will make arrangements for the return of the item for assessment.  T-Shirt World will replace any unworn clothing items that are defective in materials or construction with the same item or an item of equal value.  When purchasing you are advised to pick sizes and colours carefully (see sizing and colour guide) as we do not exchange or refund items that are printed to order.
