Specialists in small runs
We print team uniforms, so we can supply large order quantities. However, our speciality is one-offs and small runs. So, if you have a smaller business we can provide affordable custom work shirts for your team too; you don’t have to order large print runs.
Customised business clothing
For businesses, there are two main reasons for customising work clothing:
1. Advertising
A bold company slogans or logos on uniforms promote your business everywhere your employees go. They are also effective for making employees feel like part of the team.
2. Identification
For security reasons, employees often need to be identifiable. So, a subtle embroidered pocket logo on business or polo shirt is common.
Our printing methods
Depending on your requirements, we offer five printing methods. They include:
DTG (Direct to Garment) printing
Full colour graphics on 100% cotton. The newest print method in our stable.
Screen printing
this is suitable for larger orders of custom work clothing. To be cost effective, we recommend minimum orders of 20.
Digital printing
We can provide photo-quality full-colour prints. This is ideal for small orders and the minimum order quantity is one.
Heat Press Vinyl
This is great for trade packs and sports shirts and team uniforms. The vinyl is thinner than paper (joust 50 microns), so it moves with the material and won’t crack or fall off. It is ideal for short runs, and the minimum order quantity is one.
Embroidery
This is great for caps, bags and blankets, etc. It is also ideal when subtle identification on business shirts is required.
